The Loyal Sleeve Club Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions are applicable to The Bold Sleeve’s Loyalty Program, The Loyal Sleeve Club. Throughout the Terms & Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Bold Sleeve.









When opting into The Loyal Sleeve Club, you, the customer, agrees to the Terms & Conditions set out in this section and our Privacy Policy. Further, you agree to provide personal information for The Bold Sleeve database.

Please read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before you opt into the loyalty program.

The link above provides more details regarding use of your personal information. Additionally, this policy advises that The Bold Sleeve is not intended for individuals under the age of 16-years-old.


BECOMING A MEMBER

Becoming a member is only open to customers that have access to The Bold Sleeve’s store, online.


THREAD COUNT

Placing an order at The Bold Sleeve will earn you “Threads”, also known as points. This only takes place when you order from the email address associated with The Loyal Sleeve Club account. The Loyal Sleeve Club does not allow returns & exchanges, refunds and delivery charges. Orders through The Loyal Sleeve Club includes local taxes.

As a member of The Loyal Sleeve Club, Threads are spent and/or accumulated. Your Thread Count will also stay up to speed and can be accessed when signing in, anytime.

You cannot redeem your Threads as cash or monetary value.


THE LOYAL SLEEVE CLUB LAYERS

You will earn Threads by placing online orders and/or checking off Chart Tasks. So many Threads will have you land in 1 of 4 Layers.

  • Ripley’s T-Shirt Layer (0-399 Threads)
  • Gwen’s Long Sleeve Layer (400-699 Threads)
  • Fletcher’s Sweater Layer (700-999 Threads)
  • Dottie’s Hoodie Layer (1000+ Threads)

Once you land in a Layer, you will remain in this Layer for as long as you stay with The Loyal Sleeve Club. Please refer to The Loyal Sleeve Club's FAQ section (What's The Process When Unravelling Threads?) to learn more about your Thread Count with respect to your Layer.

Should you land in a Layer because of our error, we will adjust accordingly. Should you request a refund on your order at The Bold Sleeve, an adjustment will be made to The Loyal Sleeve Club account. The Threads that were earned on the purchase you requested a refund will be revoked. At this point, you will be provided with a Sleeve Credit/Gift Card. 


REFER A FRIEND

These Terms & Conditions apply when you refer a friend, using a discount code, as described in The Loyal Sleeve Club. Not only do these Terms & Conditions apply to the member referring someone, but to the referred party as well. 

A referral is only successful when the referred party uses the discount code to make a purchase within 1 month. Should the referred party not comply with all conditions, it does not count as an official referral.

Conditions:

  • Referred party has up to 1 month to use the referral.

  • The referred party is NEW to The Loyal Sleeve Club.

  • The referred party signs up to The Loyal Sleeve Club AND makes a purchase at The Bold Sleeve.

If The Loyal Sleeve Club conditions are followed, the referring customer, as well as the referred party, will each receive the discount assigned to the referring customer’s current Layer.


MEMBER ACCOUNT CONDITIONS

Threads cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or used in any other way, except in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Accounts cannot be joined/combined to benefit from The Loyal Sleeve Club’s offers & Perks. Should you have further questions, please contact our loyal team at: loyal@theboldsleeve.com


PERKS

The Loyal Sleeve Club offers birthday discounts, Sleeve Credits, Sleeve Secret Deals and other Perks. Please review the Perks carefully, as some include expiry dates and redemption conditions. Only members of The Loyal Sleeve Club have access to use and redeem these Perks.

Of note, the Sleeve Credits, Sleeve Secret Deals, Perks and other offers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or some similar transaction. The Loyal Sleeve Club Perks are subject to availability. We are not liable for any Perks/offers not being available for any reason. We reserve the right to change or remove our Perks/offers, along with these terms at any time without notice.

Should you choose to opt out of The Loyal Sleeve Club, you will no longer have access to any of its Perks/offers.

Sleeve Secrets

Only members of The Loyal Sleeve Club are awarded Sleeve Secrets under the following conditions:

  • You land in Fletcher’s Layer
  • You land in Dottie’s Layer

These members will have access to a unique discount code in relation to the existing promotion. There is a limit of ONE unique discount code per account. This is only valid for ONE order. Sleeve Secret Deals MAY be used with other offers, pending the promotion, at our discretion.


PERSONAL INFORMATION UPDATES

Should you change your name or email address associated to The Loyal Sleeve Club, it is YOUR responsibility to advise us of any changes. Failure to do so can result in you not obtaining The Loyal Sleeve Club communications. This means you can miss out on Perks or other offers, further resulting in you to land in a lower Layer.

These changes can be made in your account.


ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Bold Sleeve appreciates honesty and transparency when conducting business.

We will not tolerate any of the following:

  • You breach our Terms & Conditions,

  • You have engaged, may engage or are currently engaging in fraudulent activity of any kind, or conduct that is suspected fraud with respect to The Bold Sleeve and The Loyal Sleeve Club accounts,

  • You have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines The Loyal Sleeve Club’s reputation,

  • You have provided, may provide or are currently providing false and misleading information to The Loyal Sleeve Club,

  • You sell, transfer, assign, attempt to gain or are offering to sell, transfer, assign and gain The Loyal Sleeve Club’s Threads, Perks, Sleeve Credits and other offers, other than abiding by the conditions as set out in these Terms & Conditions,

  • You conduct yourself in a hostile manner, use abusive/aggressive ways of communication towards The Bold Sleeve Founders, team or any of its customers online, or,

  • You’re without funds.

Participation in any of the above-mentioned points will result in a termination of your account. This means that you will no longer have access to Perks or other offers and will no longer land in any Layer within The Loyal Sleeve Club.

Should a termination take place, you will be notified via email with its details.
