Can I change or cancel my order?

When placing an order, the automated production facility is notified for you to receive your order in good time. In simple terms, it's made to order. As a result, the option to change/cancel will no longer be available.

Please ensure your order is to your liking before processing.

I have not received my order confirmation. What happens now?

Have you checked your junk mail? This may solve the issue.

If your order confirmation is not found in your junk mail, and is not in your inbox within 24 hours, please contact us! We’ll do our best to get some answers.

I have not received my tracking number. What happens now?

When placing an order, the production facility is immediately notified. It can take from 3-6 business days for production time.

Once this step is completed, shipping companies (ex: Canada Post, UPS or other shipping companies based on your location), provide The Bold Sleeve with a tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you!

Please keep verifying your inbox, as well as your junk mail within this time span.

My order is delayed or lost in transit. What happens now?

Unfortunately, this may happen, but we are here to help as best as we can!

Please send us an email so we can get in touch with the right channels. Should it be confirmed lost, we’ll make sure to ship you a replacement.

My order got sent to the wrong address. What happens now?

This will be a question best answered by the delivery company. Once the order gets to this point, we no longer have control of the process.

Do I get free shipping?

You will receive free shipping, only when becoming a member in our loyalty program, The Loyal Sleeve Club. Signing up is FREE. Should you choose not to sign up, you will be paying a shipping fee of $6.00CAD. The currency conversion rate may vary, pending your location.

We don't want anyone to miss out. Should you make a purchase, and check out as a Guest only, you will still earn Threads. If you aren't a member of The Loyal Sleeve Club, you cannot reap the benefits BUT your Threads will remain in your account.
