• Fletcher represents the Sweater Layer. This Layer holds 700-999 Threads.
  
• Dottie represents the Hoodie Layer. This Layer holds 1000+ Threads.

Simply put... after signing up, you earn Threads to save on future purchases.

What are Threads? They're points! But when you sell apparel, it's all too fitting to call them Threads.

How do you earn Threads? You either place an order with The Bold Sleeve OR you can complete Chart Tasks:

Remember, Threads are points. When you unravel them, it means you spend them!

As long as your Layer allows you to spend Threads, you may use them anytime! In order to build your Threads back up, you will either need to place an order at The Bold Sleeve or earn your Threads via the Chart Tasks.

Once you've achieved a Layer, you forever remain in this Layer, unless you climb to a warmer Layer.

You can use Threads to redeem Sleeve Credits. The Sleeve Credits have an expiry of 2 months.

With every purchase you make, you will earn Threads. From that date of purchase, you will have one year to redeem your Threads for Sleeve Credits. Should you not use these Threads, they will expire. You will receive an email to remind you of that expiry date.

For example, if you accumulated 550 Threads with The Bold Sleeve, you will land in Gwen's Layer. All Threads may have different expiry dates, pending the date of your purchases. If you redeem 200 Threads for a Sleeve Credit, you will now have 350 Threads. This does not mean you are dropped to Ripley's Layer. You will remain in Gwen's Layer. Should you not accumulate enough Threads to make it into Fletcher's Layer within the year of your expiry, you will remain in Gwen's Layer at her lowest count (400 Threads).

You have another year to accumulate enough Threads to enter Fletcher or Dottie's Layers.

Sleeve Credits. What are those? They’re store credits! But when you sell apparel, it’s all too fitting to call them Sleeve Credits.

We offer a handful of Sleeve Credit amounts.

For example, if you want to redeem a $12 Sleeve Credit, you need to unravel 152 Threads from your account. If you don’t yet have 152 Threads, keep on earning them! You can only use your $12 Sleeve Credit when purchasing a minimum of $102.

Additionally, pending your Thread Count, Ripley, Gwen, Fletcher & Dottie offer you other Perks. These include discounts for your birthday celebration, when you refer a friend, and when ordering our Double/Triple Bundle Deals. Sleeve Secrets are also offered, only when you land in Fletcher or Dottie’s Layers.
